Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pickens Creative, doing business as Zonalyze ("Zonalyze," "we," "us"), the operator of zonalyze.tech (the "Service"). By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Zonalyze

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping the email address you use with Zonalyze accurate and under your control, since your access is tied to it.

2. Educational use only. Not financial advice.

Everything in the Service, including zones, grades, entries, stops, targets, screener results, watchlist alerts, trade-tracker insights and anything said by Zara, our AI coach, is for education and information only.

• Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, option or other instrument.
• We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and using the Service does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
• Zones are found by fixed rules from market data, or read by AI from a chart you upload, and graded from historical price action. They are not predictions. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
• Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past price behavior does not guarantee future results.
• Always do your own research and consider talking to a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

3. Market data and AI output

Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, missing or inaccurate. AI-generated content, including chart reads and Zara's answers, can contain mistakes. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or output, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.

4. Free scan and subscription

• Free scan. Each new email address gets one free zone scan. Creating extra emails to get more free scans isn't allowed.
• Subscription. Unlimited access costs $11.99 per month (plus any applicable taxes), billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in the app or by emailing info@zonalyze.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't give partial-month refunds. If something went wrong, email us and we'll look at it.
• Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service, its data or its output;
• access the Service through scripts, bots or automated means, or try to get around usage limits, the paywall or the free-scan limit;
• reverse engineer, copy or build a competing product from the Service;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share;
• interfere with the Service, its security, or other users.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the charts, screenshots, trade details and messages you submit. You give us a limited license to process them only to provide and improve the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.

7. Our content

The Service, including its design, software, grading method, text and branding, belongs to Zonalyze or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it for your own non-commercial learning while these Terms are in effect.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Zonalyze running, but it may sometimes be slow, limited or unavailable, for example when market-data limits are reached. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zonalyze will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover Zonalyze for claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Ending these Terms

You can stop using Zonalyze anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections 2, 3, 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after these Terms end.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll email subscribers or post a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
