Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pickens Creative, doing business as Zonalyze ("Zonalyze," "we," "us") collects when you use zonalyze.tech, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we keep your email so your free scan and subscription work on any device. Your trade log and watchlist stay in your own browser. Charts and messages you send are processed to answer you and aren't sold. We never sell your data.
1. What we collect
- Email address. You give it to us for your free scan and your subscription. We use it to check whether you've used your free scan and whether your subscription is active.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether a payment went through and which email it belongs to.
- What you ask the app to analyze. Ticker symbols you scan, chart screenshots you upload, trade screenshots, and messages you send to Zara.
- Data stored only on your device. Your trade tracker, watchlist and some app settings are saved in your browser's local storage. They don't leave your device unless you send them to Zara or upload a screenshot, and clearing your browser data deletes them.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as which pages are visited, when a scan runs, and when someone opens the subscribe screen. It uses cookies and collects things like your device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. We never send your email to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting and service providers automatically log things like IP address, browser type and request times for security and to keep the service running.
2. How we use it
- to run the Service: fetch market data, find and grade zones, read your charts, and answer your questions;
- to manage your free scan, subscription, billing and cancellations;
- to reply when you contact us, and to send important account or policy notices;
- to prevent abuse, such as getting around the free-scan limit, and to keep the Service secure;
- to fix problems and improve Zonalyze.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-site advertising. We'll only send you marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run Zonalyze. They get only what they need to do their job:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would still protect it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your email and subscription records while you use Zonalyze and as long as needed afterward for billing, tax, legal and anti-abuse reasons. We don't keep the charts or messages you send after we've answered you, though our AI and hosting providers may hold them briefly under their own policies.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@zonalyze.tech. We'll respond within 30 days.
- You can delete your on-device trade log and watchlist anytime by clearing your browser data.
- Depending on where you live, such as California or the EU and UK, you may have extra rights, including the right to object to or limit some uses. Email us to use them. We won't treat you differently for doing so.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep secret keys on the server and never in your browser, and limit who can access stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Children
Zonalyze is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let subscribers know by email or in the app.
